Why a blog?
On a professional level: When combined with other emerging media innovations like e-newsletters and short videos, blogs offer many opportunities for companies to get to know their target audience.
On a personal level: Blogs are a great way for consumers to exchange information (as opposed to simply being told information through traditional media).
On MY level: This particular blog will benefit me on an educational level, as I hope to immerse myself in the digital landscape of emerging media in order to gain a better understanding of the role it plays in integrated marketing communications.
